This notice is intended for a future paid distance contract for wedding website design and operation as a service. No such contract is concluded in the current demo. Contact fields and the actual ordering process must be completed before sales start.
Your right
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period expires fourteen days after the contract was concluded.
To exercise this right, inform KLOSS Ventures GmbH, Eschenweg 6, 4052 Ansfelden, Austria, email: hello@ja-atelier.com, telephone: +43 699 19004062, of your decision through an unequivocal statement, for example a letter or email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
Sending the notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received, including any delivery costs except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive standard option offered. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No reimbursement fees will be charged.
If you expressly requested services to begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate payment for services supplied up to your notice may be due where statutory conditions are met. It is calculated against the full contracted scope. No such payment will be demanded without the required information and express request.
Early performance
For a paid service, the right expires early only under the statutory conditions, including full performance following prior express consent and acknowledgment that full performance ends that right. A twelve-month hosting service is not fully performed merely by activation. Separately offered digital content would require appropriate separate information.
